You must agree to these terms before filling out a commission form.
Commercial inquiries shall be made over email.I refuse involvement in Non Fungible Tokens or Generative AI and reserve the right to refuse requests that do not align with my values.Permissions:You may NOT claim my work as your own.You may repost your commission as long as my watermark/signature is visible and I am mentioned in the description. Basic filters may be applied for personal use.You may NOT use my work for profit. If you are looking to use my work for a project or other event and are unsure of my permissions, contact me.You may share nsfw posts from my account when they are posted.Commission Process:Art:
After a form is submitted, I will reach out to accept or reject the request. I will ask clarifying questions and start on a pose sketch within 3 days of my message unless communicated otherwise.Once we confirm the sketch, minor changes like color, scars, tattoos, etc... are allowed in moderation throughout the process.Once you confirm the pose sketch, I will send my payment link. Once payment is received and confirmed, I will start on your final piece and send updated WIPs when I am able. The commission balance must be fully paid before I send the final files. You will receive a signed and unsigned .png and .jpg version of the commission through email.Writing:
I will contact you about your prompt and work with you to establish a generic outline. Once we confirm an outline, I will request payment. Once payment is confirmed, I will start on the first draft. Any remaining balance must be paid at the completion of the first draft.Major edits are permitted throughout the first draft phase. Minor edits are allowed in moderation up until the final edit. You will receive a watermarked and non-watermarked .pdf and .doc version of the commission through email.Typical completion takes within 1 week to 2 months from initial payment if not communicated otherwise.Payment Info:Accepted forms of payment are Paypal (F+F if you are comfortable), Zelle, Cash App, and Venmo.
You may pay in full, but it will not impact completion ETA.50% down payment required once we confirm a pose sketch/outline, 50% remainder at completion/First Draft. I will not issue refunds.I WILL illustrate+/ write++
