You must agree to these terms before filling out a commission form.
Commercial inquiries should be made through email.I refuse any involvement in Non Fungible Tokens or AI-generated "art" and reserve the right to refuse requests that do not align with my values.Permissions:You may NOT claim my work as your own.You may post your commission as an image as long as my watermark/signature is visible and I am mentioned in the description. Basic filters may be used on my art for personal use.You may NOT use my work toward competitions or for profit. If you are looking to use my work for a project or other event and are unsure of my permissions, contact me and I will let you know.You may NOT repost NSFW commissions. You may share nsfw posts privately and from my account when they are posted.Commission Process:Art:
After the form is submitted, I will reach out to you to accept or reject the request. I will ask any other clarifying questions and start on a pose sketch (messy sketch for pose and form only) within 1-3 days of my message unless communicated otherwise.Once we confirm the sketch, no big changes are allowed. Minor/Detail changes like color, scars, tattoos, etc (elements that are reasonably easy to add or subtract) are allowed in moderation throughout the entire process.Once you confirm the pose sketch, I will send my payment link. Once payment is received and confirmed, I will start on your final piece and send updated WIPs when I am able. The commission balance must be fully paid before I send the final files. You will receive a signed and unsigned .png and .jpg version of the commission through email.Writing:
The process is similar for writing commissions. I will contact you about your prompt and work with you to establish a generic outline (if desired). Once we confirm an outline of the story, I will send my payment link. Once payment is received and confirmed, I will start on the first draft. The remaining balance must be paid at the completion of the first draft if not paid in full.Edits to plot, storyline, cast, and topic (major edits) are permitted throughout the outline and first draft phase. Edits to character description, setting details, word choice, etc... (minor edits) are allowed in moderation up until the final edit. You will receive a watermarked and non-watermarked .pdf and .doc version of the commission through email.Typical finish dates are within 1 week to 2 months from the initial down payment if not communicated otherwise.Payment Info:Accepted forms of payment are Paypal (F+F please) and Venmo.
You may pay in full, but it will not impact completion ETA.50% down payment required once we confirm a pose sketch, 50% remainder at completion of the piece. (art)
